AN EXCERPT FROM THE BOOK

" I am left with nothing.  Everything was up to you, God.  All you had to do was touch the situation and change it.  I feel like I’m living aimlessly.  I’m always able to help others when they need help.  But, many things don’t work that way for me.  I feel wasteful.  What is my purpose?  I’m hurting, and I’m in so much secret pain:  I don’t like myself.  Although, I’m an extrovert, can be fun, friendly, and outgoing, I have always lived in a private shell.  People say quite a few things about me regarding my positive outlook.  Secretly, they didn’t know I suffered on the inside.   Secretly, I had not been happy throughout most of my life.  Secretly on the inside, I felt like a failure.  Secretly, I did not like myself.  But, I’ve always seemed to smile.  People really didn’t know what was hidden behind the smile: disappointment, hurt, shame, and I think no true joy".

Beatrice is a dedicated professional specializing in interventions, behavior management, trauma-informed support, and helping individuals navigate their journey toward healing and growth.

Experiencing traumatic and childhood events of my own, it helps bring a deeper understanding of trauma, its short and long term impact on individual's lives.  These experiences have shaped a compassionate approach centered on empathy, empowerment, and the belief that people are not defined by their past experiences: the words spoken over them, or the challenges and/or trauma they have endured.

I believe whether it's words spoken over us or experiencing trauma, healing is possible through empowerment, the "right tools and strategies, and an individual’s desire and willingness to embrace transformation and be healed holistically: mind, spirit and body.

The journey toward healing is a collaborative process—one that requires support, commitment, and a personal desire for change.
